“Some builds are for life” and this sentence is true for this RE Electra 350 which is modified by TNT Motorcycles for their client Nikhil. They named it “Goonj”.
TNT Motorcycles wants to build something which is combination old school Café and Board Tracker. Fully made from stainless steel and aluminium so that it wont corrode easily. They have been designing bike for over a decade and they have vision of build that carry a line moves seamlessly from front fairing till rear scoop. This was their opportunity to build one.
Initially they started off from stainless steel but they failed so they decided to use aluminium which came out perfectly and look seamlessly after polishing.
A complete custom chassis and custom front girder completely fabricated in SS 304. A bunch of custom parts in aluminum – Fuel Tank hangers, hubs, disc plate covers, sprocket cover, engine point cover and rear axle covers. Custom parts in SS – Grips with Internal Throttle Mechanism, handle bar, foot pegs, brake lever, gear lever, kick, side stand, disc plates, sprocket, and exhaust pipe.
They decorated the build with Brass as well to break the monotonous polished look. Accessorized the Engine with Brass hardware, logos and Exhaust tip cover have also been done in Brass. The saddle has been upholstered in Tobacco Napa leather along with wiring and cable covers done by Trip Machine Company who are famous globally for their leather craftsmanship.
