The Titus-Will Automotive Group has launched an online channel for consumers in the Puget Sound area of Washington state to buy used cars digitally.
CarBreezy, which is powered by Cox Automotive’s Esntial Commerce platform, allows shoppers to complete an online transaction in as little as 15 minutes and can offer delivery within 72 hours of purchase time, the dealer group said.
The CarBreezy platform also includes after-sale service and a lifetime powertrain warranty.
“Titus-Will Automotive Group is excited to launch a fast and easy fully digital solution to the South Puget Sound region and demonstrate that ‘online to your driveway’ within 72 hours is possible,” Titus-Will general manager Trevor Will said in a news release.
“We look forward to offering our neighbors a completely online retail experience, backed by the customer-service excellence we have demonstrated for over 80 years at our family-owned and operated dealerships,” Will said. “By offering consumers alternatives to the traditional car shopping model our hope is a new group of buyers will support our local business. “
Paulo da Silva, vice president of digital commerce at Cox Automotive, added: “True to their history of innovation and commitment to the community, Titus-Will is the first to bring Puget Sound car shoppers our state-of-the-art automotive eCommerce solution, via the CarBreezy brand.
“Esntial Commerce delivers unparalleled automation through our patent-pending MagiQual technology and uses Cox Automotive’s data and AI to deliver a superior experience for consumers and operational efficiency and profitability for automotive retailers.”
Tennessee group launches onlined used-car platform
In related news from earlier this month, Savannah, Tenn.-based Jones Motor Company also launched an online used-car sales site powered by Esntial Commerce.
Jones Direct Auto is designed to complement the group’s physical dealerships while giving consumers a way to complete their purchase entirely online.
“Our mission is to give car buyers in Savannah and across the Southeast the choice to purchase any way they want through Jones Direct Auto — in person, digitally assisted or fully online,” dealer principal Chad Jones said in a news release.
“Our brick-and-mortar stores are still very important, yet we want to be able to service all our customers’ needs and offer a robust online experience as well,” Jones said. “It’s important for our customers to know that even if they are completing a purchase online, they are still getting the same level of personal customer service, warrantees, and guarantees that they would get if they walked into our showroom.”
Jones Direct Auto includes automated financing and financing approval, transparent pricing, prescriptive aftermarket product and insurance offerings and trade-in capabilities.
It is also designed for consumers to be able to complete and sign paperwork online in a safe and secure fashion, while also including down payment options, automated fraud detection and prevention and vehicle delivery setup.
“Jones Motor Company is an example of how sophisticated operators exist across all types of markets in the US — big and small, rural or urban. They are leaders in optimizing through process, data, and technology. They are also future-oriented and in tune with what their customer base wants — choice and a self-paced, transparent car buying experience,” da Silva said.
“Esntial Commerce delivers unparalleled automation and uses Cox Automotive’s data and AI to deliver a superior experience for consumers and operational efficiency and profitability for automotive retailers.”
